The logic in onMouseDown that prevent the keyboard from being closed when clicking is not triggered when the Send button is disabled. We need to move that e.preventDefault logic to the container that wraps the Send button instead. This PR does that

Tests

1. Open the app on mWeb
2. Go to a chat
3. Click on Chatbox (don't write anything)
4. Then the keyboard appears. Now, click on the send button on the chatbox
5. Verify that it doesn’t close the keyboard upon clicking the send icon.
6. Do 5 above steps again on Android and verify that it is consistent between MWEB CHROME & ANDROID
